Two BMX-style 20” bicycles.  Chromoly tube preferred, e.g.: GT,  Mongoose, Free Agent, Redline, Hutch.  Obtain from yard/garage sale, thrift store, police auction.  Budgeted amount: $15.00 each  -  $30.00 total.

30” of large diameter thin wall chromoly tube, sized to fit inside the bottom bracket area of the frames.  Diameter to fit the I.D. of the bottom bracket tubes of your frames.

10’ of hardwood dowel, 1” diameter, or two shovel/rake/broom handles.  Oak, not pine.  Cut to two 5’ lengths.
